Where in the house
will you feel at home?

Rosshütte, birch woodland or the Wetterstein mountains: each side of the house offers a different outlook. Choose an orientation and explore the views through the seasons.

The photographs show example views from the stated floors. All buildings are connected. Our property comprises over 100 apartments. Not all of them are rented out as holiday apartments.

Your floor

On the lower floors, you are closer to the garden and trees. Higher up, the views open out towards the surrounding mountains.

Your view

To the east, you look towards the Rosshütte; to the west, towards the birch woodland and, depending on the building and floor, the mountains. The south side faces the garden and Gschwandtkopf, while the north side looks towards the Wetterstein mountains.

Your outdoor space

All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Most have a balcony; a small number have a private terrace or a section of a shared terrace.

has its own character.

Our apartments belong to different owners and are individually furnished and updated. Even within the same apartment type, furnishings and atmosphere therefore vary.

Three categories help you choose. Photos and details of the amenities show what makes your chosen apartment special.

Renovated

Extensively renovated and mostly furnished in a modern style. Some apartments retain their traditional Alpine charm, combining contemporary amenities with rustic touches.

Partially renovated

Some areas have already been updated, such as the living room, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom. Other areas have not yet been modernised.

Not renovated

These apartments have not been renovated for many years. Their furnishings and amenities are of an older standard.
