How do I find the right apartment?
Our five apartment types offer different sizes and layouts. Each apartment is individually furnished. View apartment numbers under “All apartments”; our team will be happy to help you choose.
Is wellness included in my stay?
Yes, our wellness area is available free of charge. It includes the swimming pool, saunas, infrared cabin, relaxation room and sunbathing lawn.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available. Garage spaces cost extra: €6 per day in summer and €12 per day in winter. Please ask about availability and billing details.
Do I need to bring towels and bed linen?
Towels and bed linen are provided. Linen exchange and a laundry room are also available. Please ask the property about their use.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are only allowed in selected apartments and must be registered in advance. The surcharge is €25 per day.
Apartments welcoming dogs: A01, A10, A22, A24, A28, A37, A41, A42, A48, C01, C03, C09, C10, C12, C16, C17, C29, C35, C38, C39
What is available for families and active guests?
A baby cot and playground complement the family facilities. Ski and bicycle storage is available. Billiards, table football and the library offer variety indoors.
What are the cancellation terms?
The following cancellation terms apply under sections 5.5 and 5.6 of our terms and conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge.
- After that, up to 1 month before arrival: 40%.
- After that, up to 1 week before arrival: 70%.
- During the final week before arrival: 90%.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the total arrangement price.
What do the services at the property cost?
Laundry tokens cost €7 each. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
Billiards and table football cost €2 each.
