AI statement
How we use artificial intelligence for this website
We use AI as a tool for content, translations, image editing and technical development of birkenwald.at. This page explains what that means for the presentation of our property and your holiday planning.
Texts and translations
AI helps us draft, structure and revise texts and prepare English and Italian translations, using information about our property and sources on regional activities. Inaccuracies or translation errors may still occur. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Photos and visual content
Some photos of the property and apartments have been edited with AI assistance, for example to adjust lighting and colours.
Photos from the Region Seefeld media portal are not altered using generative AI. They retain their respective credits and may be technically adapted for the website, for example in file size and format.
For selected sports activities, we use AI-generated illustrative images of sports equipment. These are labelled alongside the image and do not depict a specific facility in the region.
Technology and usability
AI supports website coding, content structure and improvements to layout, loading speed and discoverability. Its use during development does not mean that an AI system analyses your input every time you visit the website.
Booking and external content
Apartment selection and booking use the integrated Seekda booking functions. The AI assistance described here does not make independent booking decisions. External providers such as Seekda, Trustindex and Region Seefeld publish their own information about their content and services.
Responsibility and feedback
The website operator, Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft Andreas-Hofer-Straße 606, remains responsible for this website’s content. AI does not replace personal advice from our reception team or verification of specific information. Please let us know if you notice an error or misleading presentation.
Information about the processing of personal data is available in our privacy policy.
